The oil hole or oil groove on the copper sleeve should be aligned with the oil hole on the connecting rod to ensure its lubrication. ; After pressing into the copper sleeve, the distance between the two ends of the copper sleeve and the end face of the connecting rod should be equal.

Second, assemble the Copeland DLF piston and connecting rod. When assembling the Copeland DLF piston and connecting rod, pay attention to their relative positions and directions. If the big end of the connecting rod is cut flat, the vortex groove on the top of the piston should be on the same side as the big end of the connecting rod; if the big end of the connecting rod is upside down The swirl groove on the top of the piston should be on the same side as the upper end of the chamfer, and the protruding end of the tip of the top of the piston should face the fuel injection pump.

Third, cleverly install the piston pin. Piston pin interference fit with pin hole. When installing, put the Copeland DLF piston into water or oil, and heat it evenly to 90℃~100℃. After taking it out, put the tie rod in the proper position between the holes of the piston pin seat, and then press the oil-coated piston pin to the Oriented into the piston pin hole and connecting rod copper sleeve.
