The process requirements of the York connecting rod: The macroscopic metallographic structure in the longitudinal section of the York connecting rod requires that the direction of the metal fiber is consistent with the shape of the connecting rod, and the fiber has no distortion or interruption. The York connecting rod forged with steel should be quenched and tempered before machining to obtain high comprehensive mechanical properties, both strong and tough. In order to improve the fatigue strength of York connecting rod, the surface without machining should be shot peened. The York connecting rod must also go through magnetic inspection to ensure reliable work.
