Bitzer 6F piston is a mechanical part that reciprocates along the axis of the cylinder in the cylinder of the reciprocating piston internal combustion engine, compressor and pump. There are 3 types of pistons: disc, cylinder and cylinder.

The closed end face of the Bitzer 6F piston is subjected to the pressure of the working fluid, and forms a combustion chamber or a compression volume with the cylinder head and cylinder wall. Its application request is as follows.

1. There must be sufficient strength, rigidity, small mass and light weight to ensure the smallest inertial force.

2. Good thermal conductivity, high temperature resistance, high pressure, corrosion resistance, sufficient heat dissipation capacity, and small heating area.

3. There should be a small friction coefficient between Bitzer 6F piston and the piston wall.

4. When the temperature changes, the size and shape change should be small, and the smallest gap should be maintained between the cylinder wall and the cylinder wall.

5. Bitzer 6F piston has a small thermal expansion coefficient and a small specific gravity, and has good wear reduction and thermal strength.
